A meal is required for each member of the quartet for bookings of more than 3 hours (standard industry requirement).

The quartet cannot play in strong sunlight or drizzle, as this is likely to severely affect the instruments.

An extra fee may be required for performances outside the Melbourne metropolitan area.

If a booking is cancelled within 48 hours of the function time, the full fee will be charged.

Payment may be made either by direct deposit or cheque at least 7 days in advance (made out to Regent String Quartet), or cash on the day of the performance.
